Are all your products and designs made by you?
Yes, everything is hand made by me, in house and in general using hand tools and techniques both old and new. For some items a sewing machine may be used (to keep time costs down) however just as many will be done with a needle and thread and many blisters!
Any tooling or Etching is done by hand as is the entire design process.
Which materials do you use for your armour/costumes?
I mainly work with veg tan leather in thicknesses depending very much on the client specifications and use. In general I am working with 1.8mm/2.6mm/3.5mm Top Grain Vegtan, 3.5mm being the best for displaying a hand tooled design, 2.6 & 3.5 for overlays and 1.8 for scales (unless thicker requested).
In addition I work with a number of other types of hide, including goat, pig, suede’s and hair on hides & furs (real and fake) at the request of the client.
In addition, I am able to sculpt, mould & cast any bespoke metalwork, in either cold cast resins(looks like metal) or metal itself and offer a full 3D Cad design and print service.
What uses are your armours, costumes & props suitable for?
All items I produce are suitable for a variety of uses including Film, TV, Stage use, LARP or Live Action Roleplay, Cosplay. Items CAN be made to re-enactment standards, by getting in touch first.
What’s the average cost for a full bespoke service ?
This can vary and is 100% dependent on design.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?

In general, waiting times will vary according to time of year, but in general small items take 7-14 days with larger items taking anything from 4-6 weeks. The best thing to do is get in contact and ask in advance (I struggle to say NO!!!) and having supplied the film industry for over 20 years, I have never missed a deadline….. “I GUARENTEE delivery!!!”

When possible, I may be able to prioritise your order over others that have NO TIME delivery requirement, as long as it does not cause a waiting time for standard orders to extend beyond normal delivery times. For this service a premium payment is charged so please contact me in advance if required.
Are there any limits to what you can make, be it volume or design?
No there are not ! for any order I can offer you a range of skills gained over 20 years and a team, that enable us to produce ANYTHING in any quantity !!
Can I get an interview with you for my website or Event?
Yes off course you can, just leave me a message contact me. I get a lot of messages every day so I cannot promise that I will answer very soon. I’ll try my best though!
Are you a professional costume designer?
Yes I am and pride myself on having been fortunate enough to work on thousands of productions over the last 20 years, for Big screen, Stage, Larp & Cosplay.
Which conventions/events will you visit?
Sadly my dedication to supplying my clients has trapped me in my workshop. Feel free to invite me, if you’d like an appearance or for me to be involved in a question panel, however I rarely ever have stock of anything so I am afraid a stand is unlikely.
